Technical Proposal Manager
Job Description
- Technical research and developing high-quality proposals
- Collaborate with business development teams and customers for proposals; both foreign and domestic
- Ability to communicate internally with various teams including business development and supply chain to fully understand the technical details and create effective RFP’s.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Aviation; technical or mechanical engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience writing detailed technical proposals in aerospace, defense, or heavily regulated industries
- Ability to be a hands on working manager who can also lead and mentor operations team members
