Team Lead - Payment Posting
Job Description
With our continued surge in accounts and business, we are in the need for a Team Lead in our Payment Posting department.
- Payment posting workflows
- Posting insurance and patient payments
- Reviewing EOB’s, remittance, and identifying/correct posting errors and refunds
- Onboard, train, and support new team members
- Identify trends, error rates, and areas for process improvement
- Work collaboratively with AR, Denials, and Reconciliation teams
