Job Description

A growing, fast-paced visual graphics and large-format production company is seeking a Senior Graphic Installer to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and leading by example in the field.

The Senior Graphic Installer will be responsible for installing a wide variety of vinyl graphics and large-format materials across multiple environments while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This individual will also help mentor junior installers and serve as a key resource on complex installations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Install a wide variety of large-format graphics including vehicle wraps, wall murals, window graphics, signage, and event graphics.
  • Lead and execute complex installations with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare surfaces and materials prior to installation to ensure optimal adhesion and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field and develop effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior installers, sharing best practices and installation techniques.
  • Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and installation vehicles in good working order.
  • Travel to installation sites, including commercial buildings, retail environments, event venues, and job sites.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients on-site.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic installation experience, including vinyl graphics and large-format materials.
  • Demonstrated experience installing vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window films, and dimensional signage.
  • Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and materials used in large-format graphics.
  • Ability to read and interpret installation plans, drawings, and measurements.
  • Experience leading installations or mentoring junior team members preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in various installation environments.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
