A well-established and highly respected engineering, planning, and design consulting firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with technical teams, and producing high-quality proposals and marketing materials in a fast-paced professional services environment. The role is based in Milwaukee with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the proposal (RFP/RFQ) development process from kickoff through final submission.
• Partner with technical and business development teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain and update resumes, project descriptions, and firm marketing materials.
• Develop engaging presentation content and assist teams with interview preparation.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, special initiatives, and brand messaging.
• Research industry trends, target markets, and business opportunities.
• Support community involvement, networking events, and industry organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within engineering, architecture, construction, or another professional services environment.
• Experience managing proposals and RFP responses.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
