Job Description

Our client, a growing, well-established residential landscape company in Southeastern Wisconsin is hiring a Landscape Sales Representative focused on lawn care, landscape maintenance, and recurring service contracts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based sales, consultative selling, and building a book of recurring maintenance clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new lawn care and landscape maintenance sales
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate properties and recommend services
  • Sell recurring lawn care, fertilization, weed control, seasonal cleanups, and maintenance programs
  • Identify upsell opportunities (aeration, overseeding, enhancements, plant replacement, small installs)
  • Prepare estimates and service proposals
  • Follow up on inbound leads and referrals
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and referrals
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in landscape sales, lawn care sales, or service-based sales
  • Knowledge of lawn care programs, turf management, and seasonal maintenance services preferred
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage pipeline and follow-up consistently
  • Valid driver’s license
