Our client a well-established, premier service provider in the Commercial Design/Build industry is looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join their team as a Sr. Business Development Manager. This inside sales role is focused on generating new business opportunities by proactively connecting with prospective clients—primarily within the financial industry. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and positioning our consulting, real estate, design, and construction services.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Secure and schedule meetings to present commercial design/build services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their strategic goals and align solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within CRM software.
  • Manage follow-up communications and long-term relationship development.
  • Attend industry conventions and travel as needed.
  • Customize and distribute marketing materials, proposals, and relevant company information based on client needs

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales performer with a strong track record of high outbound call volume and results.
  • Skilled in developing long-term, consultative client relationships built on trust and persistence.
  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging with executives, including CEOs, and senior leadership.
  • Persuasive, authentic, and relationship-focused communication style.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional business etiquette suited to a business casual environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in financial institutions, real estate, architecture, construction, or automotive dealerships is a plus.
  • Other inside sales backgrounds will also be strongly considered.
