Part Time Controller
Job Description
Growing and innovative healthcare clinic is looking for a Part Time Controller (25 hours/week)!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- A/P-data entry into Quickbooks
- Roll AP over to bill pay software program
- Reporting-benchmarking/ledger entries
- Vendor relations
- Reconciliation-patient management system
- Work with research funds/process payments to patients
- Allocate funds to appropriate departments
- Monthly financials-running profitability
Additional Information
We are looking for a team player that is an excellent communicator. The position is open to remote work, but will require in person staff meetings as well. Excellent compensation!
