Family Law Paralegal
Job Description
- Preparing draft motions, pleadings, judgements, statements, documents, and other legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research including preparing trial notebooks, aid in trial settings, prepare and review discovery packages including disclosure statements
- Primary liaison between the client and attorney including reviewing pre-bills and providing billable hours to client
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in family law, or experience working in the court system or private law settings
- MS Office and other software skills including experience in financial review
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorized notary preferred
