Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking Software Developer to join our client's IT team. In this role, YOU won't just write code—YOU will lead the charge in building custom, secure, AI-powered applications that drive efficiency across the entire organization (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain).

What You’ll Do:
Build & Deploy: Design custom apps using generative AI tools, LLMs, and low-code platforms.
Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional leaders to automate and optimize business workflows.
Protect: Maintain in-house ownership of our systems, ensuring data security and compliance.
Innovate: Contribute to our structured AI adoption framework and governance model.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3–7+ years of software development experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
AI Expertise: Proven experience with generative AI coding assistants, AI APIs (embeddings, LLMs), and rapid development frameworks.
