PT Legal Secretary
Job Description
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Legal Secretary in their Brookfield office. The ideal candidate is professional in demeanor, dependable, dedicated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as a team. This position would be between 15-20 hours a week. $20-24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers
- Scheduling documents
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Organize files
- Draft and e-file documents
Job Requirements
- Experience in legal assistance
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
- Experience in Divorce and Family Law is preferred but not required

Ethan comes to the AllianceStaff team after graduating with his Masters of Science in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. He started his career in Human Resources where he focused on internal recruiting. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from IUPUI where he played Division I on the men’s tennis team.
