Job Description
Growing benefits management company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Rep immediately! Contract to Hire.
- Servicing dental, health, and vision industries
- Handling eligibility, benefit coverages, authorizations, claims
- Locating providers for clients, handling provider questions, credentialing application statuses
- Supporting enrollment activities; filing appeals and grievances
Additional Information
- Hours 10:30-7:00pm
- $19/hr with additional shift differential payments on specific days
