Summary of your next career:

  • Responsible for coordinating the efforts of all contractors
  • Creates/Maintains project schedule, plans, path dates and milestone schedules
  • Communicate any site issues and schedule, and quality issues to PM
  • Manage all day-to-day activities of construction operation; creates daily job reports
  • Participates in negotiation of claims and changes
  • Work with PM to ensure work complies with drawings and specifications
  • Provides input to cost and schedule forecasts
  • Monitors contractor compliance with project safety program requirements
  • Secures job sites at all times, must be available 24/7 for emergencies
  • Communicates and reinforces the company vision, values, and goals

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

4 year engineering degree or equivalent experience (must have Superintendent experience). Advanced knowledge of construction scheduling. Looking for a “Driver”, hard working! Strong organization, multi-tasking, leadership and decision making skills.

AGC/STP/ProCore/PlanGrid knowledge a plus!
