Sr. HR Generalist
Job Description
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist will work in close partnership with the HR Director.
The Sr. HR Generalist is responsible for executing day-to-day HR functions such as payroll, recruitment, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, and policy enforcement, while maintaining a high level of service and balancing the needs of both employees and management. This role aligns HR strategies with business goals and supports designated areas of the organization to ensure consistent HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely process payroll for all employees.
- Serve as an HR partner to managers, supervisors, and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement.
- Manage employee situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address staffing, retention, and training needs.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for a diverse workforce.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a Plus! – Preferred but not required for seamless communication across all levels of our diverse workforce.
- At least 3 years of HR experience with expertise in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees and leaders alike and flex to meet the needs of a fast-moving business.
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach, ready to jump in and support teams in real-time.
- Proficiency with Paylocity and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage HR processes efficiently.
