Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Implement IT initiatives that enable the company to improve the client experience and manage client relationships.
  • Establish written processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy of information flow.
  • Drive cross functional collaboration.
  • Lead and coordinate the IT infrastructure; in order to achieve key business strategies.
  • Develop plans, budgets, and implementation schedule for approved projects.
  • Lead automations to improve company efficiency.
  • Provide overall IT governance for the company.
  • Oversees quarterly newsletter distribution through payroll system.

Accountabilities:

  • Salesforce Management Administration
  • Execution of IT projects

  • Provide IT support to the employees
  • Provide IT best practices to executive management

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5-8 years of Salesforce experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • 5-8 years of IT project management
  • 5-8 years of relevant technical experience
  • Effective communication with executive management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business communications, or related field
