AllianceStaff is hiring 1-2 talented Employment Consultants to join our team!   We are a Local, Award-Winning, Recruiting and Staffing firm that helps many businesses in Milwaukee to identify, recruit, assess and refer talent that fits and fortifies their culture.  Not only that, we work with the best firms to help them find needles in the haystack to staff their offices with those hard to find people.  It’s all part of the Puzzle of Identifying Top Talent!  

This is a rewarding field where you will learn to listen, ask questions, use your judgement, work with a team, and be compensated for your own effectiveness. In this position, you will build your networking base, communicate through emails, by phone, texts, & social media platforms to identify talent within certain niches to help them transition to better positions.  You may also give certain talented up & coming candidates a foot in the door to launch their careers!  It all depends on your own interpretation of goal setting and instincts.   

The most successful recruiters learn to make things happen.  They plan, and execute their plan and stay disciplined to the task at hand.  And in the process, they learn so much from all the people they come in contact with. Our very talented and long-standing recruiting staff has many common denominators:  passionate about people, enjoy meeting and talking to many clients and candidates, willing to do the hard work, inquisitive, goal oriented, and successful.

We are looking for 1-2 additional consultants and wonder if you have ever wanted to venture into this world?  The ideal person will have demonstrated the ability to complete a task, enjoys the challenges of sales, good computer skills for correspondence and communication methods, hungry to learn, and 2 years of demonstrated sales, or inside sales, or customer service contact.

He also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the state association Recruiters of Wisconsin. When not hard at work, you will find Patrick enjoying a busy life with his wife and three daughters, coaching basketball and soccer, and closely rooting on Marquette basketball.
