Position Overview: The ideal candidate will share a passion for exceptional design and client service and will be dedicated to creating innovative, timeless, and functional spaces. As an Associate Architect, you will play a key role in the design and execution of luxury residential projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and team members to bring visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and materials selection.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing clear and effective communication.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred
• 3+ years of experience in residential architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Chief Architect, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
