ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage all accounting related functions for assigned projects.
- Assist project teams with any questions or needs related to the accounting department.
- Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects.
- Have an understanding of compliance requirements for assigned projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process vendor and sub-contractor payments accurately and within assigned timeline.
- Ability to independently and confidentially administer jobs with complex contractual issues.
- Follow up with owners to ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable.
- Accounts Payable coding, distribution, and data entry of all job related invoices.
- Identify and implements process improvements.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar business degree.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience working with A/P processing and Billing.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Vista Software.
