ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage all accounting related functions for assigned projects.
  • Assist project teams with any questions or needs related to the accounting department.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects.
  • Have an understanding of compliance requirements for assigned projects

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process vendor and sub-contractor payments accurately and within assigned timeline.
  • Ability to independently and confidentially administer jobs with complex contractual issues.
  • Follow up with owners to ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable.
  • Accounts Payable coding, distribution, and data entry of all job related invoices.
  • Identify and implements process improvements.
  • Other related duties as assigned or needed.

Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar business degree.
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience working with A/P processing and Billing.
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Vista Software.
