Typical office manager responsibilities, Credit checks, comfortable on the phone speaking with Maintenance guys and residents. Creating/Writing/Reviewing leases, Mail/Sort/Deposit Rent checks, organizing parking.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate: Great multi-tasker, strong on the phone, extremely organized and hard-working, good with computers. Looking for someone long term who is happy running an office.
Real estate experience is a plus!
