Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
- Litigation experience and experience with billable hours
- Strong research and fact checking experience; previous legal precedent
- Estate planning and trust experience strongly preferred; litigation with tax controversy issues
- More client facing role providing administrative support to attorneys also
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the legal/estate field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to travel to Madison periodically
