Our Client, a thriving, well respected landscaping company in Burlington, WI is looking to hire a professional Landscape Sales Project Manager!

The Landscape Sales Project Manager will serve on the design team as a Sales Project Manager for landscape installations either commercial or residential;  Work with Design Sales Manager to make strategic decisions when designing, forecasting and estimating jobs;  Prepare and track budgets for construction projects;  Project manage all aspects of construction projects;  Work with Operations to successfully install jobs through the project life cycle;  Visit crew at job site;  Communicate daily with clients through all phases of the project;  Visit job-site during installation;  Conduct final walk-thru with client and serve as a liason with client following project completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years sales/project management/landscape experience
  • Knowledge of Tree, Shrub, Perennial, Annual health care of plants
  • Experience in hardscape design and installation techniques including but not limited to: patios, retaining walls, concrete work, prairies, dry river beds, permeable pavers, outdoor kitchens, other related trade installations
  • Valid WI issued driver license
  • Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications, as well the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review
