Revenue Cycle Manager
Job Description
Established private medical practice is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager!
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-day operations of the medical billing department
- Handling escalations involved with AR process (complex appeals/denials management)
- Oversee the medical coding operations
- Identifying areas of process improvement to reduce aging reports
- Responsible for employee issues: performance reviews, attendance matters, interviewing, etc…
- Supporting the credentialing process of the providers
- Effective communication and organizational skills
