Finance Office Manager

Job Description
Our client, a family-owned electrical contractor, is looking for a top notch, intuitive, kind, intelligent office manager with strong AP/AR skills to join their team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be organized. This person is a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration and accounting. You must also have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
Key responsibilities involve:
- AP process – recording and paying invoices in a timely manner.
- AR process – Invoice clients and manage accounts payable.
- Daily bookkeeping entries including tracking client charges, invoicing, organizing and maintaining records in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconciling bank accounts.
- Managing change orders.
- Coordinate daily operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping and various record keeping procedures.
- Implement and maintain efficient clerical processes within the office.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
