Director of Supply Chain
Job Description
- Leadership – Directing and overseeing supply chain operations including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management, negotiation, and vendor approval
- Collaboration – Be the primary liaison between sales, quality, finance, and operations teams to align with company goals and expectations
- Supply Chain Management – Manage inventory and restocking levels along with forecasting inventory and distribution requirements; provide mentorship to supply chain professionals throughout organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s preferred in Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading a team of supply chain professionals
- Strong understanding of supply/demand planning and developing supplier strategies for long term growth
