Contract Manager
Job Description
- Legal – Ensure all contracts meet legal requirements and align with company compliance strategies
- Contract Negotiation – Negotiate terms, monitor compliance, and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Management – Contract drafting, evaluation, and execution along with providing liaison support for domestic and international OEM partners
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Contract Management experience and/or Bachelor’s in Business or Pre-Law
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred
- JD preferred
- Knowledge of Federal Procurement Regulations including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and supplier clauses
