Established commercial insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Account Manager!
• Independently manage and maintain a commercial book of business.
• Assist and support the sales producer throughout the full cycle of the insurance process.
• Handle renewals, market new business, negotiate rates with insurance carriers.
• Process COI’s, review policies and coverage forms, process and review audits.
• Applied Epic software
• Wisconsin Property/Casualty License
• Strong communication skills and customer service oriented
