Architectural Drafter

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join one of our favorite clients, a leading luxury residential design build firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with their design and construction teams, creating precise construction drawings, 3D models, and detailed schematics under the supervision of an architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to produce high-quality construction drawings and detailed designs for luxury residential homes.
- Develop 3D models and rendering to assist in project visualization and client presentations.
- Prepare and review blueprints, schematics, and technical plans using AutoCAD and Chief Architect.
- Ensure that all designs meet industry standards, local codes, and client specifications.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure accurate project execution.
- Modify and update plans as required based on design changes and project needs.
- Maintain an organized and efficient document management system for all drawings and designs.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Chief Architect or other BIM software.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably within the luxury residential home sector.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods for residential homes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards design challenges.

Hired in 2013, Mark Gawronski serves as the Director of Training and a Senior Employment Consultant for AllianceStaff. Mark started his career in recruiting immediately following his college career at UW-Whitewater where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism Advertising and participated on their nationally ranked football team. He is a high energy leader with a skill to connect and build relationships. His ultimate goal is to develop more of a partnership, where he is an extension to the search, both on the company and candidate side. Mark is CPC certified by the National Association of Personnel Services and also participates on the Board of Directors for our state association, Recruiters of Wisconsin.
Mark is a family man and loves spending quality time with his wife and three kids. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf, following his favorite sports teams (The Green Bay Packers and the Whitewater Warhawks) and doing DIY projects.
