Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in office operations? One of our favorite clients in Milwaukee is seeking an Administrative Services Specialist to support their daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is key to ensuring smooth office operations, from managing supplies and vendor coordination to handling shipping, receiving, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Office Operations: Oversee supply inventory, office equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Conference Room Setup: Coordinate meeting spaces, equipment, and catering needs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, mailings, and general office duties.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Hired in 2013, Mark Gawronski serves as the Director of Training and a Senior Employment Consultant for AllianceStaff. Mark started his career in recruiting immediately following his college career at UW-Whitewater where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism Advertising and participated on their nationally ranked football team. He is a high energy leader with a skill to connect and build relationships. His ultimate goal is to develop more of a partnership, where he is an extension to the search, both on the company and candidate side. Mark is CPC certified by the National Association of Personnel Services and also participates on the Board of Directors for our state association, Recruiters of Wisconsin.
Mark is a family man and loves spending quality time with his wife and three kids. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf, following his favorite sports teams (The Green Bay Packers and the Whitewater Warhawks) and doing DIY projects.
