Job Description
Our steel fabrication client is looking for someone who is self-initiating, detail-oriented, a great communicator, stays on top of recurring tasks, and is diligent about getting things done on time. They are ALL ABOUT saving their client’s time. They do this by being proactive, catching details, double-checking work, and doing great work the first time.
If you are passionate about the accounting field and have experience with A/P and A/R we want to talk to YOU!
Key responsibilities are:
- Posting invoices to appropriate jobs
- Posting shop time to appropriate jobs
- Entering Receivable invoices from project managers in Sage and sending them out to the appropriate customers
- Get mail once a day from PO Box (use of company car to get mail)
- Recording receivable checks and adjusting for retainage.
- Typing quotes for Project Managers
- Sage 100 in Accounting Software
- Assist with cash balance and month end review of company
- Additional admin support duties

In her free time you can find Nicole on the soccer field watching her twin boys play in rain, sleet or snow (true soccer mom!!), staying on top of fitness trends, checking out a new restaurant with her girlfriends, traveling with her husband Tom or snuggling with her baby girl Mariah (Australian miniature Labradoodle.)
