Responsibilities:
- Build business relationships with Milwaukee-area companies through personal outreach and social channels
- Partner with clients to understand talent needs and provide tailored workforce solutions
- Analyze the job market and strategically identify top talent
- Develop relationships with prospective candidates and advise them through career transitions
- Provide expert guidance throughout the full life cycle of the job search process
- Maintain daily discipline with planning, sales calls, and candidate assessments
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with professionals of all levels via phone, email, and social platforms
- Organized, self-starting, and disciplined, with the ability to plan, execute, and follow through
- Highly coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred
