Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful completion of each project on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Procure materials and equipment necessary for project completion, negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction project management.
- Ideal candidate will come from the Masonry industry or a General Contractor with a focus on Self-Performed work.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mark started his career in recruiting immediately following his college career at UW-Whitewater where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism Advertising and participated on their nationally ranked football team.
