Job Description
Production Planning of MRO operations
- Revenue production
- Gross profit margin analysis
- Labor efficiency
Operations Management
- Hiring of personnel throughout operations
- Positive leader who can mentor employees
- Qualify training procedures and quantify staff expectations, KPI’s.
Compliance
- Strong understanding of Export & ITAR compliance
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments (Sales, materials, supply chain, engineering, etc.)
Job Requirements
- FAA Airframe/Powerplant, A&P Certification
- 5-10 years of experience in Part 145 component maintenance
- FAR 145, EASA 145 Certifications
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and production control experience
